夏のある日。 東京に遊びに行っていたはずのミヤコ（藤野涼子）がキャリーバックを転がしながら見知らぬ男性と一緒に京都駅から出てくるところを目撃してしまう空吉（佐々木蔵之介）。 一体、誰と一緒に東京へ…？そう思いながらいつものように訪問診療に出かける。 すると…往診先の提灯屋さんで先ほど見かけたキャリーバックを発見！ 提灯屋さんの跡継ぎ息子・敦彦（結木滉星）とミヤコが付き合っているものと勝手に思い込んでしまう空吉。一方その頃ミヤコは… アルバイトの豆腐配達の帰り道。自転車を転がしていると鴨川でひとりの女性を発見する。 それは空吉のかつての想い人・佐知子（松本若菜）だった。 確か再婚を機に遠くに引っ越したはずだったが、佐知子がナゼ京都に？ 聞けば佐知子の再婚は嘘だったと判明し…。Touching Evil is a 1997 British television drama serial, produced by Anglia Television and screened on the ITV network.
