アキバをこよなく愛するオタク高校生の小野田坂道。総北高校自転車競技部の1年生として、仲間と共にインターハイに挑戦しようとしていた。ところが、坂道たちの前に王者・箱根学園のメンバーが立ちふさがる。。Double agent Picasso Trigger is assassinated in Paris by double-crossing bad guy Miguel Ortiz. Then Ortiz begins eliminating agents of The Agency who were involved in his brother's death. The Agency (belatedly) springs into action to stop Ortiz' heinous activities. The usual gunplay, romance, and nifty toys with bombs ensue.。
