A group of young pilots in a remote region of the Canadian wilderness begin to hear strange reports over their radios about planes crashing, cars stalling and a deadly plague which has gripped the planet. It becomes clear that earth is in the midst of an invasion. The group of pilots decide to barracade themselves in a cabin deep in the woods and wait for their impending doom.。跟随嘉宾赵露思去到不同的偏僻乡村，认识那里的孩子们、村民们、老师们，在同吃同住中了解新朋友。节目真实记录乡村淳朴生活，以“互助”为引，以成长和治愈为本，嘉宾和孩子、村民们相互帮助，感受美好和快乐。。《我的军旅梦》是全国首档军事类青年成长记录片，第三季“走进玉树独立骑兵连”延续第一、二季纪实的方式，以“青年从军梦”为主题。由6名不同高校、不同专业的大学生汇聚在一起，来到我军仅有的骑兵部队玉树独立骑兵连接受新兵训练。让学员突破自我，冲破心理障碍。培养他们的团队意识、耐力、勇气以及胆识与智谋，展现学员从进入部队到接受训练的成长与蜕变。同时也向观众们展示了难得一见的部队生活的场景。反映出我军练兵的真实状态，体现了新时代强军目标下我军的良好形象。。
