But then one of their friends becomes seriously ill and has to be carried to a hospital by plane, and they have ...。身为1988年歌王的崔坤（朴重勋饰）曾经是名出色的歌手，他的歌曲在80年代末风靡一时，是韩国人传唱的经典。但后来他因为吸毒、打架等丑闻，人气一路下滑，最终沦落到酒吧卖艺。不愿意面对现实的崔坤，始终盲目认为自己还是红极一时的明星，爱发牢骚的他又和酒吧里的客人大打一架，被带进了拘留所。 一直对他关爱有加的经纪人朴民洙（安圣基饰），为了给崔坤找一份安稳又能继续发挥的工作不停奔走，终于他给崔坤找到一份在地方电台当DJ的工作。广播节目一开始并无收获，但后来却慢慢走向成功。在这过程中，崔坤和民洙互相激励，友谊也不可避免地要经受考验。。
