本剧改编自同名漫画，讲述了大一学生杉原航平自从患了重听症之后，变得与人保持距离，独自安静地生活。就在这时，他遇到了性格开朗耿直的同级生佐川太一。航平给饿着肚子的太一送了便当，以此为契机，太一接受了航平需要的记笔记服务。太一渐渐踏入航平的内心，航平不知不觉中感到很舒服。两人笨拙的心通过记笔记慢慢连接了起来…。《TMI News》继2019年5月30日播出后无预警停播后，于同年7月17日，节目组公布其节目将进行改版，于7月31日正式回归，同时亦宣布张度练加入节目，与全炫茂一同主持节目[5]。每集的来宾与主题的资料人物有共通点。。The former star of a short-lived television sitcom, Fabien, drinks too much to remember everything he does and not much surprises him anymore.
