操作赛艇的“推进手”与使用水枪攻击对手的“射手”两人一组乘坐摩托赛艇，横越水面的运动“喷射竞速”成为主流的世界。母亲是传说中的推进手，自己也梦想成为喷射竞速选手的波黄凛，离开故乡所在的岛，来到了东京浅草。她在那里遇到了冰山美少女苍井美沙，两人成为了搭档。她们在与对手们展开竞争的同时，也逐渐加深着彼此的牵绊。。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。
