作品设定是如果按下按钮，就可以得到100万日元，但是作为代价，必须在空空荡荡的空间里度过5亿年，5亿年结束后会失去这段时间的记忆。故事就是围绕着这个5亿年按钮展开的。动画讲述了因付不起住院的父亲的治疗费而走投无路的5岁的托尼奥、14岁的子美、17岁的小奈子三姐弟面前，出现了一个拿着5亿年按钮的人物，故事由此展开。。“Escort Boys” is loosely based on the Israeli series “Johnny and the Knights of the Galilee,” produced by YES Studios, and by created by Dani Rosenberg and Tom Shoval. It follows four young men, driven by their respective troubles and torment, who decide to sell their bodies for sex.。
