民主化歷史的詮釋，多半是由不同陣營的菁英們互動詮釋而成，往往只點到了支持群眾的身影，而無臉孔。本片導演是一個充滿困惑的二十多歲的年輕人，透過兩個挫敗的基層街頭運動者的生命歷程，重新回溯近四十年來台灣社會的民主化歷程。並且試圖理解，反抗者們的初衷是什麼，以及他們本身的狀態為何侷限了理想的實踐。。故事以前作《科学小飞侠Crowds》的后续剧情展开。距离“立川事件”已经过了一年，当初贝尔库·卡切赋予尔乃美家累的力量“CROWDS”在日本首相菅山的推广之下已在人类社会当中广泛普及。然而仍然存在着对此感到不满的人们，此时菅山遭到不明人士的袭击，GATCHAMAN的全新战斗就此揭开序幕。。Charlie's getting married. And when he invites his friends to join him for a stag weekend in a remote British cabin, the group thinks it's a great opportunity to leave the US behind and have a blow out with their old buddy - Only thing is, Charlie isn't telling his friends the whole truth about the trip.
